My New Favorite Snack

Ricotta on toast with balsamic glaze:

1. Toast crusty bread drizzled in olive oil in the oven for a few minutes.

2. Smear with tons of ricotta cheese. 

(Trader Joe's makes the best ricotta- fluffy and fresh and so delicious!)

3. Drizzle with balsamic glaze. 

(Also from Trader Joe's, if possible.)

4. Enjoy.
